Cable access for sky q dish to party wall?

We are changing to sky q from the disasterous sky straem puck experience.  My only concern is that our house is semi detached and we have a conservatory on the back of the lounge (where our tv is) and is has very little room  (about a foot)  between our conservatory wall and the 6 feet high fence. It would almost be impossible to get in the route the Dual LNB cable into the lounge?  Is there any  way that the cable will not be able to be installed?  I'm nervous!!!!

Difficult to visualise from your description. If the installer can't access a suitable location for the dish or can't establish an accessible route for the cable from the dish to the entry point they won't be able to install. They'll carry out a site inspection when they arrive and will explain how siting and routing will need to be managed before doing the installation.
