My sky box hard drive went down 2 weeks ago.
1. 1st agent i managed to talk to after an hour on the phone simply said no problem new box will arrrive tomorrow.
2. next day nothing
3. Rang again another hour gone. Next agent said theres a problem with my account and she'll send me a text when its resolved (total lie)
4. Rang again same wait but got an online tutorial to reset the hard, this worked for a day
5. next day rang again some wait and no resolution.
Ive been a customer for 20yrs and farming out the customer care to a centre in another country is just a cost saving exercise which you get caught up in. Unfortunately I'm going to quit with this crap.
