Sky Q box on screen message.

Getting the message " to watch you need a satellite signal" All OK last night when switched off. Have rebooted numerous times but still the same message. Have checked the dish and no obstruction. Any idea's anyone? Engineer visit booked for next Monday 20th. So much for being a loyal customer fo 15 years😡

Re: Sky Q box on screen message.

Could be a dish alignment issue or a dodgy cable, assume you've checked the connections on the rear of the skyq box? Being able to obtain an engineers visit 5 workings day from today is good going and a pretty reasonable response.

When fixed they would usually credit the period of the outage if you ask.

With yet another storm blowing across the UK, I'm not sure what you expect - regardless of "being a loyal customer for 15 years"
