CNN just stopped working no signal ??? Everything else working fine.

CNN says no satellite signal yet all other channels are just fine.

Are you able to receive Bloomberg (502) or Loveworld (585)? They are broadcast on the same frequency. If those channels don't work it will be a dish alignment issue and will need an engineer visit to correct it.
