Your thoughts on Sky's approach on making cancelling any product far more difficult than it ought to be?
Personally never had an issue cancelling any Sky package. Ring up, tell them what you want to cancel. Assuming you're not in a minimum term for said package, give the required notice. Job done in a five minute phone call.
Same. Done it over the phone and chat.
Some resistance of course, but just remain firm and consistent if needed.

I think you've missed the point. Whilst you have no access to them you are still liable for the charge for them...
Best to sort it properly than withholding payment. Of course, you can ignore our advice.

Re: CANCELLING TNT SPORTS
The coordinated defence of Sky is curious.
I've recent experience of this, and as I originally stated, it is far more difficult than it ought to be. Consider that adding a service is a click of a button.
Cancelling consists of:
An unnecessary phone call, with a restricted operating hours and heavy traffic.
On hold pending (possible) connection.
A strained conversation with what is clearly an outsourced service.
Rejecting the sales pitch attempts (to add, rather than remove) services.
Perhaps others receive a different experience.
