Buffering

My sky TV just keeps buffering. It is impossible to watch Live TV - we can't watch any of the football matches as it constantly freezes/buffers. Very frustrating. 

tried ALL of the recommendations, but still no luck! 

please help

Is this Sky Stream or Sky Glass only you're in the Sky Q section and satellite doesn't buffer, it can pixelate and breakup however.
