Trying to add sky arena to watch rugby

Im trying to just add one sky sports channel for only a month as i only want to watch the international rugby. Any idea how to do it as the only option online is to buy all and new my contract which i dont want

Thanks, I know it's possible but the game kicks off at 8am in the morning and the telephone lines down open until 8:45am

A bit late now I know, but if you were referring to NZ v England, that's on Sky Sports Action not Sky Sports Arena.
