Broken skyQ tv box

Hello, my little boy had pulled our skyQ box off our shelf and jumped on it, it is broken and we are unable to use it. 

What do we need to do in order to get a new one?

Unfortunately you will need to call SKY as there may be a charge involved.

 

If you need a number then:

 

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member

You would need to call Sky and explain. Have you got Sky Protect which may assist with any potential charges Sky impose?
