My internet never works

I want the new stuff you've just set up cancelled. I want to know when I can leave you, I want to know when my contracts up so I can leave you.

You're not talking to Sky here.  If you want to explain what's happened then the other customers can advise.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
