Broadband rubbish
Had the new broadband last month all tvs don't work just blue screens with unable to connect couldn't watch the tv last night I want a refund and come and take the box what you fitted on the wall and put the old one back on this is the worst service I have ever had

In case you aren’t aware this is a customer to customer forum and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.
Sky won't refund you based on a post on here. As customers we don't know what box you're referring to so perhaps explain from the beginning including what Sky services you subscribe to and what's happening.

It's not possible to revert from FTTP to FTTC: broadband distribution over copper is technology from the last century and isn't coming back.
