Why is my connection speed to Netflix only26 mbps and loading is slow

Poor wifi is likely to be the answer, if that's how you're connected.

dont think its the wifi because if i log on to netflix on just the tv and check settings im getting 46mbps but if i go through sky q box its only 26mbps so its cant be my wifi as its connected via hard wire to sky from my router but the tv is by wifi

Hi @Xeus37 

If your Q box is on Ethernet and if you don't have any mini boxes have you switched off all the WiFi on the Q box.
