Sky q says at the same time every day no internet connection even though mobile and laptop are connecting and working fine - this has been going on a month and I am sick of restarting the router and sick of the automated person at sky not putting me through to an actual human

I have exactly the same issue sometimes I have to do it a few times per night after the first time at around the same time each night
apps and phones and pc all working perfectly so it's not the internet seems to be the sky q box losing connection to router
