Broadband disconnected from ee hub

My sky q box keeps disconnecting every few hours from my ee hub..tried numerous resets

Hi @Mrdundee   If you are connecting by WiFi, it might be worth connecting using power line adapters for better stability.

@Mrdundee If its disconnecting when connected with ethernet cable there is a problem with some of the ee routers see the thread below
