I am a new customer . TV is installed. am waiting to have b/band and phone installed. I have delivery of my modem. Date to be installed is 3rd April. I was talking to a rep. today . I am not sure about the installation. I would appreciate if your engineer could do that. I am not sure that the rep. told me an engineer would pay me a visit. There was no phone delivered with b/band. I use 3 phones in the house . Acct no. Regards

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Sky do not provide actual phone handsets. You have to purchase them yourself elsewhere.

For a Superfast installation over FTTC using an existing phone line there's typically no installer attendance required or scheduled.

As @Daniel0210 indicates, Sky, like almost all ISPs, does not manufacture, sell, rent, loan or otherwise provide telephone handsets: BT is the sole exception because they have a century of history as a 'phone' company.
