Box not working

You have sent a reconditioned box as a replacement when recording a program no red light appears on the front of the box

Sky may not send a new box - after all they are simply loaned for the duration of your active subscription.

 

It works other than the recording light?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Jon126 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

 

I would be surprised if  there are many new boxes the majority will be reconditioned and as you don't own the box then it makes no difference really
