Good evening, I was wondering if anyone might be able to help (sorry if I have posted in the wrong place)
I have just left Sky and have to return my Q 2TB box, cables, remote etc and also the Hub. The packaging I have received from Sky (only 1 box) just says `the Sky owned equipment you have` - SKY Q 2TB UHD, it does not mention the wifi Hub.
When I click into my account - Order Tracking it says the following and there is no mention of the wifi Hub

Please might anyone know if I can just put the wifi Hub in the same box with the Sky Q? I want rid of everything but want to make sure it all goes where it should and is all accounted for at their end as I don`t want to find they are charging me for it.
Any help and advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you

Find out moreYou can put the broadband hub in the same box but before sending it off it might be worth taking a photo showing that you have done this, also put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included and the most important of the lot make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

Thank you. I had read about making a list and taking photo`s and am going to do that. Upon looking at the box thought I am now not sure the hub would fit in as well as everything else, hadn`t realised it didn`t expand.
