Box not working

Hi all

hope someone can help as I feel completely thick lol.

woke up this morning to my SkyQ box not working. No lights - nothing. Did all the usual checks, unplugged Etc. Nothing.

Found the blue part on the plug had disconnected. Here's the stupid part. I can't find where to plug it back in!

google and ChatGPT have been useless. There's nowhere to put it in the back of my skyq box. Online is telling me I need some sort of brick to connect it to, but in the 7 years of having the box I've not needed any accessories.

I've added pics as I know I've not explained myself properly due to being stressed, annoyed and at the point of chucking it out the window.

TIA

The thin black lead from the orange plug will go back to a permanent connection into an external power brick, and the blue plug goes into a socket on the other end of the brick (transformer)

I'd suggest disconnecting the orange plug and tracing that cable back to locate the transformer which must be on the other end of the cable.

oh my god thank you! 2 hours I've been baffling myself. Didn't think I had a 'brick' but it had fallen behind my tv unit.

Again thank you so much
