Anyone help.?

I tried to record the masked Singer for 6:30 pm tonight and I had a message on screen to say 

"you cannot record this program"

 

I record everything I want to see and watch it when I want to see it.

I have not been cut off and my bills are up-to-date... can anyone help?

I set mine up to record it early in the week and it's still in the Schedule. Perhaps try a reboot of your box…

Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.

I have exactly the same problem. I get the same message as MrsLP :-  'This programme cannot be recorded'. *
It only happens with The Masked Singer.
I tested others, and I am able to record other programmes on other channels, no problem, but The Masked Singer brings up the message above*.

Mine recorded fine and has series linked tomorrow's episode into the Schedule.

It might be unconnected but the programme time was reduced and started at 6:40 not 6:30. This was due to an act (Red Panda) being edited out of that episode. This was apparently due to sensitivity issues after the recent fatal bar fire in Switzerland.
