Both my Sky Q mini boxes keep freezing
Can someone tell my why my sky Q mini boxes keep freezing. Sky don't seem to be interested in talking to me about anything other than adding things to the account.
faults seem to be passed onto a forum !!

The first thing you should try is rebooting the main Sky Q box. Let us know if you're uncertain how to do that. Then, when that's back up and running do the same with the mini boxes.
