Sky q mini

Only recently every time I try to watch tv or a recording on my mini q box it keeps freezing on the picture or sound, it mainly happens in the evening. I've cleared my disk space to only 8% used, reset the box, unplugged it. Help please

You say you've re-set the box, reboot the main box first, then when that's back up and running then do the same with the mini box.
