Boost to Netflix Premium

My Netflix has now been Boosted to Premium but I don't see any difference on screen. Do I have to alter the app?

Hi @Jeanette01   The boost to Premium means you can watch Netflix on 4 screens at the same time. It also includes UHD, so unless you are watching on multiple devices, or watching 4K programmes, you will not notice any difference.

Hi @Jeanette01   The question is then, why are you paying extra for something you don't want? The differences have changed since I last looked, for example Premium is ad-free. Netflix Plans

Not the app but ensure your Q box display settings is 2160P.

 

If you can, use the NetFlix app on your TV (if it has it) - this will almost certainly give better quality (UHD/HDR).

Was included when doing upgrade to contracts. I'll look at the link to the different plans you've given. Thanks.

The Basic plan had been discontinued so we've been upgraded at a lower monthly cost than going direct with Netflix. Premium has no adverts right enough so that's a bonus! Thanks again.

press Home on your remote, select Settings, then Setup, and then Audio visual.

 

From there, choose Picture resolution
