Boost to Netflix Premium without consent

My account keeps getting boosted to Netflix Premium without me requesting it.

When I call Sky to cancel it I am charged for the whole month.

How can I stop this happening?

I have got a complaint in to Sky at the moment.

Re: Boost to Netflix Premium without consent

I did respond to the messages I received and I now have a case reference number.

However, I am still being charged for Netflix Premium even though Netflix can confirm my account was hacked.

How do I get this sorted as I do not see why I should pay for this extra service I did not request and which had been added only as a result of my account being hacked.

What did you do to lock out the people who had hacked your account from being able to make any more changes?
