Blocking and unblocking devices
I would like to know if I can block and unblock devices, even if the device knows the password am I able to block and unblock devices as and when I wish. I have Sky Sky Q.

@Croft01 Sky Q is at TV Box and has no blocking functions.
Do you have Sky Broadand as well?

As @GD1 indicates, that's not a Sky Q (subscription television) function, even where Q television boxes are acting a wireless hotspots.
If you are referring to a Q Hub on Sky Broadband, then no.
It's the WiFi Max subscription supplement and a Max Hub which brings such controls.
