Hello,
I have recently purchased the sky sports package and it worked for a day. However now it isn't working and is saying I need to upgrade by pressing the red button. Once I press the red button, it says I've already subscribed. I have already tried the viewing card callback, but no change. If someone could help, I would be very grateful!

Find out more@Ellie2210 @Lou19801 You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet

I paid for a sky upgrade and it never worked. Can't speak with anyone to resolve. They'll take your money and don't care. Terrible
