Black screen flickers when on watching Disney+ in 4K

When I am watching a film on Disney+ with the Sky Q box set to 4k, I get intermittent  flickers where the screen just goes off for about a second then comes back on, the sound stays on during this. 

when I change the Sky box's resolution to 1080p, the issue stops and films play perfectly. 

I have used another Sky issues HDMI cable and the issue persists and have tried an updated 8K HDMI and the screen flicker occurs almost constantly, going off every few seconds. 

This issue started after I  reset the apps through the engineer menu to fix an issue where Netflix wouldn't load

I have the same issue and can't seem to solve it. Only happened since Sky came out and changed my box last week. Weird it doesn't happen when watching family guy but does when watching marvel films. So I'm guessing it's to do with quality like you said. Very frustrating
