Black line across screen and ghosting images

Over last few weeks a thin black horizontal line has started to appear across the middle of the screen. It can be there for an hour or two but then disappear. 
we have also started to see ghosting images on the screen.

Try rebooting your Q box first - turn it off, wait 30 seconds and turn it on.  (This often fixes graphic glitches)

Ensure the HDMI leads are fully seated on the Q and TV.

It's not clear if this is a fault with the Q or the TV - 'ghosting' would seem to indicate the latter.  Do you have any other input sources to check?
