When and how did you cancel? 

Did Sky send you an email acknowledging the TV service cancellation?

If you moved both broadband and subscription television away from Sky, it's important to know that only broadband is covered by the one-touch-switch system.    The gaining provider cannot cancel Sky television like they do for Sky broadband: the customer has to do this themselves.
