Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @suzdarr20 Unfortunately Sky are not in the price match business, that would be far to sensible. What is stopping you taking up the better deal?

I have been with sky since it started over 35yrs. I am moving on 8th November and renegotiated a deal which I wasn't happy with but had no choice. _£122 I'm moving with Rightmove and they say they can do me everything I've already got for £78 why can't sky match it.
Those offers via Rightmove are for new Sky customers only.
Why do you say you "had no choice" in regard to your new deal? Everyone has a choice. There is in fact much more in the way of choice when it comes to broadband and TV services these days. You'd be much better off cancelling your existing Sky subscription then starting a new one at the new address. You may well get a new much better offer from Sky to stay a customer once you've submitted your 31 day cancellation notice.
