Reset hard drive; pressing 0,0,1 has no effect
Advise says press 0,0,1 (on hand set?) to reset but this has no effect - anybody able to help?

Hi @clayts5765
Resets are in the hidden menu
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.

If the hard drive has failed then reseting it won't fix it. (Or may mask the issue for a while)
