I noticed that University Challenge scheduled by series link for next Monday (20th April) evening on BBC2 was not on the scheduled part of the Planner.
When I looked at the TV Listing I noticed that the period from 10:00am until 10:00pm for BBC2 on that date was “Waiting for TV Schedule”. All other channels look fine (although I did not scroll through each and every one).
I powered the box off and restarted it, this made no difference, as the TV Listing was repopulated that period was still missing.
Does anyone else have the same issue? Does anyone know to resolve it? (Ideally without a full factory reset!).

As suggested I emailed Sky Customer Relations. They replied saying (as you may expect) that this problem was at BBC's end. But they did say that it had now been resolved, which I confirm.
Just one of those things, but now sorted.

I noticed the same this morning at about 0730 on my Sky Q epg.
You could email the Viewer Relations Team so they can liaise with the Beeb. Email them at viewerR@sky.uk
I was going to check again tomorrow.
