Replacement viewing card

Sky Q box replaced on 30th March 2026, original viewing card did not work, even after technical support. New card ordered 31st March.

did not arrive. Neither did the next three. Last one ordered 14th April and was promised it would be sent by DPD and received by me today. DPD have not delivered and we have no tracking for it. Now told by Sky Q Technical services that a new card should arrive by Friday 24th April. If I knew where they dispatched them from I would go and fetch it myself. Help

I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
