Awful installation

We had an installer come round to our new home, we've been sky customers for 10 years, finally saved enough to get on the property ladder. 

I came home to the worst cable installation I've seen, wires in the middle of the bottom of the wall, wires not tacked down and chased into the skirting board. 

Im so upset and really don't know what to do. 

I've added pictures of what I came home to, they didn't even clean up after themselves

They could've attempted abit of a clean up I must admit.

I can't actually say if them tacking a cable to the wall inside the home is something they do, personally not something thats been done for me in the many installs & home moves I've done with Q.

Tacks cost a couple of pound, can you not tack it yourself? 

I'd also say the coax probably could've been ran abit lower rather than the middle of the wall, unless there was a specific reason the engineer did it that way I/E other cabling etc.

Sky could come out and move these cables for you, but filling the hole in the wall is something you will have to do yourself.
