No Satellite Signal on 50% of channels
I finally got Sky internet installed yesterday after 2 months & numerous visits. Had to get new cable installed. I changed the network connection on TV to Sky. When I went to watch TV last night numerous channels are showing as "No Satellite Signal". This includes BBC 2, Channel 4 & 5. Have checked on Settings & it says I've a good signal. Have turned the TV off at mains & restarted everything several times. Still receiving same message on about half the channels. I've tried moving the Sky hub as far away from the Q box as the cable allows. Still no improvement. Any ideas as to what is causing the problem?

Re: No Satellite Signal on 50% of channels
The hub and Internet connection are irrelevant to the satellite feeds.
I presume it's your own dish and you have both feeds connected? (With 50% of channels missing I suspect one of the feed isn't working correctly)

@P+M+Martin Yep, sounds to me like one of the cables from the dish to the Sky box has come lose
