Awaiting engineer visit

Hi I have received confirmation for SKY that an engineer will call today between 12 - 5pm 

however I still haven't heard anything and I'm waiting in all day 

any update please

In case you’re not aware you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. We obviously can't give an eta. It would depend on previous jobs during the day.

We are not Sky. We are fellow customers on this forum. You will need to call Sky yourself if they don't call you.

As the posts back in January indicate, you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

Since then a new process has started…


Customers who book an engineer for their Sky Q equipment should now receive a tracking link on the day of the planned visit. This will show when the engineer is expected to arrive.

Unfortunately some jobs take longer than expected and then impact appointments for later in the day.
