Audio output from Sky Q to Sonos Soundbar

I have upgraded my TV to a Sony Bravia 8 II QD-OLED  4K HDR Smart TV from a 15yr old Samsung. The Bravia does not have an optical out connection. It recommends using HDMI eARC to pass the sound to the Soundbar. Unfortunately my Soundbar only has the optical connection. I've seen I can get a an HDMI/ARC convertor but wondered if I could use the output from the Q box.

Yes, but obviously only for what's playing on the Q.

Thanks for the very quick reply. I thought that might be a limitation. I can do this now while I research which is the best ARC Audio extractor to get.
