When trying to access Sky programmes the screen displays "Please ensure the correct viewing card is inserted with the chip facing up" . I find this a mystery as the card has never been touched since the system was installed 10 months ago. I have followed suggestions to remove and replace card, switch off box etc. but no difference. What should I try next?
