Asked for a replacement sky Q remote

But sky won't be able to process this for some reason.  So I'm asking  if I could  have a  sky Q remote  replacement, as the batteries  get over heated and the remote  doesn't  work,  and I've only had the sky Q for only a few months

Also this is a customer helps customer community we can't send any remotes to people, have you thought about buying a replacement remote online?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Jaynegarland1 

Check the following link and it will lead to a form for a replacement remote.

In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.
