Asiitance fo our neighbour

Can some please point us in the right direction to assist our 80 year old neighbour  who's remote has broken telephone said he has to wait 2 weeks. Or by one of sky

@RDNG  If it's for Sky Q they can be bought reasonably cheaply online

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@RDNG you could try the following link below if you can help him with a Sky ID

failing that it would mean a call to Sky or purchasing one from an online shop or local stores
