As a sky Q customer is it only possible to upgrade via the app and not downgrade? And if so why?

I already upgraded to kids just because there was a single series on nick my daughter wanted to watch. I done this online. However I don't seem to be able to cancel it online. Do I have to call them? TIA.

and it's obviously because they want to make taking your money as simple as possible but NOT taking your money - well that they want to have a chat about 😉
