Apps

Every time I watch Netflix it gets to 20% then stops - we have to switch on & off again for every programme. I've done an apps refresh & I've checked the software version which is all up to date! The other day whilst watching  ITVX it just kept throwing me out half way through a programme- I'm going round in circles with the Bot help!

Hi @caroline1973 

Regarding Netflix try reloading this on your Q box .

To do this Open Netflix on your Q box and go to the left hand Menu.

Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and then scroll right and select Get help.

On the next screen there is the option to Reload Netflix.  Try this.
