Apps quitting on TV

Hi, can watch Sky TV channels with no issue but when opening apps (iPlayer, ITVX etc) and picking a show the app just quits. 

 

Restarted router and currently doing an upgrade and download on TV to see if that works.

 

Anyone else had this before?

SkyQ so I downloaded new software and all worked perfectly.

 

Now just have that glitch where TV channels won't load...
