Have upgraded to Sky Q, but Sky sports + isn't working - get message 'There is a technical issue - code WGTB'. I have full Sky sports package.

hi @JaynieM 

Chances are that the software & apps are not fully up to date  - especially for the latest SKY Sports + app

To check & refresh if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-basic-checks

Although note the step to refresh the apps is not immediate and can take several hours or longer
