Can anyone help on demand services or apps not available, saying not connected to the internet after having a new router installed, tried everything I can

Hi @Coll00 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Hi @Coll00 

You mention you have a new router installed. Was your Sky Q connected wirelessly and if so have you changed the WiFi settings (SSID and password) on your Sky Q to new ones on the router? Easy mistake to make!

 

Tip for everyone if you replace a router. Connect to it via Ethernet from a pc/laptop then change its SSID and password to the ones for the previous one. You then won't have to go around and reconnect all your wifi devices which in household with multiple phones/tablets/consoles etc can be a time saver.
