Apps not working

For about a week been having trouble with Netflix on the mini box , it won't load or keeps stopping  . It works fine on the main box . Spoke to an expert at Sky who diagnosed a new mini box was needed. 
I was sent a new mini box very quickly . 
I connected the new box and it worked at first. This only lasted for a few hours. Now it's back to not loading , telling me I  have no internet connection when I have,  or not loading the series or film I want to see.
