Apps not working

For about a week been having trouble with Netflix on the mini box , it won't load or keeps stopping  . It works fine on the main box . Spoke to an expert at Sky who diagnosed a new mini box was needed. 
I was sent a new mini box very quickly . 
I connected the new box and it worked at first. This only lasted for a few hours. Now it's back to not loading , telling me I  have no internet connection when I have,  or not loading the series or film I want to see.

If it the mini box that says that and you main box  has Netflix as it only the main box that connects to your broadband. The mini box including the apps that there single direct from you main box. Is  Netflix  that is displaying this problem? If  so it appears to Bea problem with the Netflix app software on the mini box,
