Apps not available on SkyQ box

Apps not displayed. 
I have reset WiFi and 
on settings WiFi is ticked. 
what should I do now?

Have a read through of this Sky help article on fixing app problems on Sky Q;

A couple of things to to try that normally resolves this issue;

 

First, try a repower of your Sky Q box:

 

  1. Press Standby on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains and wait for the lights on your Sky Q box to turn off.
  2. Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
  3. Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press Home on your Sky Q remote.

 

Second, try a refresh of your apps:

  1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings
  2. Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu
  3. Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

Thank you. I have tried resetting apps but it hasn't helped. 

I've also noticed that nothing is displayed on HOME screen.

By the way, the apps refresh, can talk a few hours to refresh.

It does flag this on screen when selecting the Sky Q refresh option.

 

With you also now mentioning nothing showing on Home Screen, this sounds more like a connectivity issue.

Some questions:

Is this on a Sky mini or a Sky Q main in box?

Do you have a Sky Q booster?

Are you using Sky broadband?

Can you watch live channels and recordings ok?


For yourconnectivity issues:

I know you mention you have a tick on your network and tried a few things.

But just for clarity, work through the following Sky Q connectivity help article first.

If nothing comes to light, come back here for further help.
