Apps issues

Hi, since the outage last week I have had problems with both netflix and paramount. Netflix will load, show me the shows etc but when I try and play something it comes up with an error screen and the error tvq-pd-101 (5.6.1). Paramount loads, shows me the programs but when I try and play anything it says the video isn't available in my location. Both apps worked fine before the outage

I have powered off the box

Reset the apps

Reset the skyq box

Am on the latest hardware version

 

Any help appreciated

Looks like you have done the right things with the Sky Q box itself.

 

Could you power off the Sky Q box.

Then, turn your router off and leave it off for at least half an hour.

Once your broadband router is back up, start the Sky Q box up again.

once the Sky Q box has been running for about five minutes, try your apps again.

Thanks lettice. Followed your advice but still have the same issue. Done some more investigation though and found that both netflix and paramount both work properly on the mini boxes, it just the main skyq box that appears to have the issue.
