Reinstating broadband and tv

My tv and broadband stopped last night as we were changing providers. The other provider has let us down so we want to reinstate sky. How can we do this please as fast as possible?

@Natalie12345   If your broadband service has ended to get reconected it would be a minimum of 10 working days.  That is a timescale set out by Openrech and can't be sped up.

 

You also would need to call Sky to get this done.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We are just other customers here so I would say the quickest way will be to reach out to Sky on the phone.

 

That said, this may be complicated by the switch not having completed correctly, so you may have a gap in services come what may. Depending on the circumstances, you might be entitled to compensation, but you will have to seek advice from both providers I suspect.

 

Get a complaint in now with whoever you were moving too for tracking purposes.

Hi @Natalie12345   Just remember that you will be committing to a 24 month minimum term.
