Apps closing down

When I try and watch either Paramount or Prime the screen goes black.  sometimes it ca be after 5 mins or 30?  

 

Any suggestions/solutions would be great.  Thanks 🙄

Thank you very much for replying to my query.  Fortunately for me, Sky actually called me about something else and I managed to get it all sorted by going into the secret menu and refreshing apps.  If I have any more querie I know where to come for help.  Thank you
