Why can I not get volume back in sky after watching Apple TV. Sometimes it works the opposite 

how do you resolve this issue it puts me off watching it. What's the point in having free use of you can't use it

If I go to the Apple TV app on my Q box I do not always get volume   I have to switch tv and sky off and try again sometimes this works sometimes not. The same happens if I have been watching Apple TV and want to revert back to sky.
I see that I'm not the only person that's having this problem with apple and sky
